Being ever hopeful that my work on planet formation and other aspects of Mass Vortex Theory would gain attention, it seemed like there might be some curiosity about who I am. I offer the information on this website to let you start to get to know me … in case you are curious.
You may believe that people search for meaning in a meaningless universe. You may believe that there are no metaphysical forces or phenomena. Conviction that human beings are present within a purely physical universe is a central tenant of academic knowledge. This is a bias which needs to be recognized. I do not agree.
From my observation of people’s experiences and my own, I am convinced that we humans are present in 3 independent universes. The sense of “independent” here is that of 3 independent axes or directions needed to specify a location in analytical geometry. Yes, humans are present in a physical universe. Also, they are present in a universe of mind and emotion that I call the soul universe. Humans are also present in a spiritual universe that involves: the “shoulds” of morality, a metaphysical economy and metaphysical entities
In looking at working together on knowledge, I wrote a paper to set forth best practices for establishing a theory that supports scientific inquiry. The target criteria is for such a theory to be clear and consistent. In this paper, I identify 4 areas of activity: definition, construction, communication and theory.
In this work, the fact that we humans can communicate via a system of language is the starting point for developing this platform for working together on knowledge. I set aside the philosophically controversial notion of existence and consider whether something is present or absent with respect to a given setting. When it comes to cause and effect, I consider that a sequence of cause and effect (which requires the presence of time), may have a beginning. If so, the executive agent or power that started the sequence is called the executive power for that sequence.
Some people believe that the physical universe is a sequence of causes and effects that had no beginning. I am not sure that it is possible to have a sequence of cause and effect without a beginning. When it comes to the physical universe, I believe that there definitely was a beginning. And the executive power that triggered this beginning is the metaphysical entity that Jews, Christians and Muslims call God, the Creator God.
From historical evidence and the writings of key gifted people who could communicate with God (called messengers and prophets) we can know some things about this entity (which I refer to with masculine pronouns while acknowledging that gender does not really apply to this Being). In the realm of morality, the spiritual universe, God is present within the spiritual setting of what is morally good. A primary value that God has is life, abundant life. [1]
So, what about relationship between God, who is wholly good, and human beings who are not wholly good? In the oldest canonical writing about spiritual matters, called the Book of Job, in chapter 33, there is the idea that God wants to turn people away from harmful conduct, including pride, that will cause them to end up in “the pit” which is called Sheol. There is the idea of a mediator being needed and a ransom that would restore “righteousness.” The human need for redemption is identified.
Consider that there is a singular individual whose life provides the reference date for the calendar that governs worldwide human activity, Jesus Christ. Jewish prophecy foretold of a messiah. Christians and Muslims believe that Jesus Christ is this Messiah. This Messiah supplies the needed ransom and redemption.
Something about Jesus Christ’s life, death and resurrection satisfied the spiritual economy to compensate for the presence of evil and rebellion in the lives of human beings. Furthermore, the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ resulted in a new development within the 3 universes. This development? The presence of God, also called the spirit of God became distributed in a new and powerful way to all the redeemed people of God, not just the few special messengers and prophets.
I recognize that I am not perfectly good like God is and accept the way that God provided through Jesus Christ to address this. My will is to submit to God’s authority. I have applied myself to learning about what I can from historical evidence and canonical writings from the proven messengers and prophets. I have petitioned God to learn wisdom from Him. I submit to his decisions regarding the development of my character. I accept His decisions about life and death. I trust God for justice.
Through our mutual commitment to each other (and my redemption through Christ), I have a personal relationship with God. God is my foundation. I love Him with all my heart, soul and mind. Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior. He has been appointed the king over the earth and will come again to be present on earth and reign for an epoch of time. I have the presence of God in my life; His spirit empowers, encourages and helps me.
All of God’s creation testifies to His glory. I agree that the purpose of man is to glorify God and enjoy Him forever. My sincere hope is that my life and the fruits of my labor bring glory to God.
My personal foundation is my
relationship with God.

A Place of Understanding
A theory is a special context that is used to pursue knowledge. Place of Understanding (Place) provides best practices for creating a theory so that it is clear and consistent. Currently, theories are attempted without being clear about assumptions, and without being clear about primitive terms. I am using the word “theory” in the formal sense that is used in Mathematical Logic. (It is my hope that Place could supersede the Predicate Calculus.) Also, my work on the beginnings of a new theoretical foundation for each of Math, Geometry and Physics that satisfy Place are introduced on this site. (Reformatting of content is under construction if/when time and circumstances allow.)
Mass Vortex Theory; Development of a Solar System From Atoms To Star
Mass Vortex Theory explains how a star forms from nebula gases in space and a black-hole singularity. Gases from a nebula, develop into a swirling flat disc, in keeping with conventional expectations, but in almost every other way, the explanation departs from anything advanced so far. For example, a star ignites last, not first.
Mass Vortex Theory covers the origin of a planet, a star and a galaxy as astronomical objects. The theory is explained step by step for a general science-literate audience. It includes many pictures including images from the Hubble Space Telescope, ALMA in Chile, astrophotographers, as well as illustrations and figures.
Jupiter and Saturn are regular rocky planets surrounded by an ice shell that is in turn cloaked by debris of a crash of early planets; looking at evidence in the era of Juno and Cassini
Jupiter is a whole new planet. However, scientists continue to use conventional models to explain what is going on. This presentation provides a new model, and submits multiple independent lines of evidence from both existing research and original research to support this model.
Overview:A large swath of iron atoms leaves the flow of the protostar disk when it has too much inertia to follow the curved pathway of the disk. When it leaves the Vortex, this large clump of atoms starts to spin. Iron in space is magnetic. When the clump starts to spin, it causes an induced electric field. This electric field provides the means for atoms to form molecules; this causes the whole body to rapidly compact. There are 3 basic densities of compacted molecules: iron/metal in the core, heavier rocky material (mantle), and lighter rocky molecules (crust). Steam escapes into spaces between layers, and a gust of vapors rises from the hot surface. The gust of vapors hits cold space and freezes. This forms an ice shell around the planet that traps inert gases and additional vapor that did not freeze. The non frozen vapor condenses and drops to the surface to form an ocean.
Unconventional Planet Formation Scenario Provides Insight into the Physics of How the Earth’s Magnetic Field Works
Seismographic observations have shown that the core of the Earth is present in two parts: inner core and outer core. Planet formation in the context of Mass Vortex Theory characterizes the inner core as a metallic plasma that interacts electromagnetically with the outer liquid core. This electromagnetic interaction is a phenomenon that the author calls super magnetism.
This presentation looks more closely at how the magnetic field of a protoplanet’s iron heart changes into the final planetary magnetic field. In doing so, it will be shown how Earth and Jupiter can have the same direction of planetary spin while their magnetic polarity is oppositely oriented.
UV Science Results Support the Claim That an Ice Shell Surrounds Jupiter
Like all other planets, Earth was born with an ice shell. Earth’s ice shell was 89 km above the crust surface and is currently marked by a 10 km shell of sodium atoms. The sodium atoms have weak electrical bonds that sustain their presence after the water ice melted. Planets and moons are born with an ice shell, atmosphere and ocean surrounding its rocky body. This is explained in Mass Vortex Theory; Development of a Solar System From Atoms To Star (2019, S. Seaver).
Jupiter’s ice shell, however, became hidden by vaporized debris from a planet that crashed at the site of its red spot. The remaining rocky body of this planet rebounded to become Jupiter’s moon Io. This debris causes friction that heats the surface of the ice shell. This heat causes a layer of water on top of the ice. Given that Jupiter is spinning, the gaseous debris and water collect near the equator leaving only a thin transparent layer of gases at the poles.
Objective: Show that UV science results from Juno provide evidence for an ice shell around Jupiter, and do not provide evidence for a mostly hydrogen and helium planetary composition.
Sally Seaver was born in Boston, Massachusetts to an electrical engineer father and a nurse mother who met and married at the historic Park Street Church in Boston. Her family also lived in Tampa, Florida; Houston, Texas; and Ranch Palos Verdes, California. Sally was an honor student in the Mentally Gifted Minors Program at Rolling Hills High School in Rancho Palos Verdes. She first attended UC Berkeley as a Drama and Music major, taking voice lessons with a teacher from the San Francisco Conservatory. She later attended UC Irvine.
While still in high school, Sally gained an introduction to computer technology from her father, who had become a software engineer. These first experiences involved mini-computers—the first departure from mainframes—and the PICK operating system which provided the first portable database. At UCI, Sally took a course in formal computer programming.
Sally has bachelor degrees in Social Science [1886], Math and Physics [1988] from the Univ. of California at Irvine [UCI], with extensive coursework in Mathematical Logic. As a student at UCI, Seaver discovered some problematic standards that seemed unproductive for science:
- 1. Defining space as the set of all points when a point itself has no distance or direction—distance and direction being critical for space
- 2. The mathematical handling of infinitely-many things using only the concepts “countably-many” and “uncountably-many”
- 3. Major problems with Set Theory and its role as the foundation of Math, especially when Math provides the rigor (and language) for all science.
As an independent scholar, Seaver did full-time research during 1994 – 1996, developing a paper entitled “Working Together on Knowledge,” which addresses best practices for developing a theory that serves science, i.e. a theory that is clear and consistent. The system of initial terms and axioms that the paper sets forth is called Place [or “Place of Understanding”]. Seaver then developed a new theoretical foundation for Math that satisfied the standards of Place. This new foundation, called 1/+ Theory provides a better theoretical foundation for known numbers and expands what is known by defining new numbers and operations.
In 2003, Seaver sketched out the beginnings of a new theory for Geometry: Space/Cut Theory, and a new theory for Physics: Massfluid-Time-Space Theory. Seaver then did a presentation for public-access TV, covering the state of this theoretical work as it stood at the time. Sally is a certified producer for TV studio and field production through Boston Neighborhood Network (BNN). She completed a well-received documentary, Is Islam to Blame in 2002.
For 10 years after graduating from college, Seaver worked as a contractor for companies such as Digital Equipment Corp (DEC), AT&T Computer Systems, ADP, and Fidelity Investments. Seaver was able to take time off from 1994-1996 for full-time research. Then, she worked three years at MFS Investment Management doing desktop publishing and automation projects. In March of 2001, she left MFS to found her own company, Active Lightning. Work included database publishing, custom software and ecommerce websites. In 2007, Sally founded her own ecommerce company, Egyptian Cotton TShirts LLC, in order to take advantage of what she had learned from her clients and to be a proving ground for Active Lightning work.
Sally began work on her Continental Cataclysm Theory in September of 2012. Sections of her book with the same name eventually grew into a series of 5 books, with the first being Mass Vortex Theory – which deals with the formation of solar systems and sets forth the initial conditions of Earth. The other books: Challenging Assumptions, Pangaea: The Lost Continent, Evidence from Calendars and The Continental Cataclysm, are works in progress.
By early 2021, after completing a big business-to-business portal project for a company in Dallas, Sally’s chronic frustration with the problem of not having enough time for her research and writing intensified. She looked for a new solution and realized that what she had learned from studying the cosmos provided insight into two invention ideas. (Sally also has had a long-standing idea for fusion but it took too many resources to pursue on her own, part time.)
From 2022 to January 2024, Sally and her Coding Team developed a B2B app for BigCommerce and Acumatica called Active Hub. It provides the hub for customer data integration as well as integrating the B2B portal with the app-user’s ERP system. Egyptian Cotton Tshirts is still active and developing its Amazon presence. Work on the first invention was done sporadically over the last three years but is now with the patent attorney. Sally continues to balance paying work through her businesses with academic work and inventing. She looks forward to the future with faith and hope.
